Staff Training Guide — Samco Studio

This is your operating guide for the Samco social media system. Follow the workflow below to upload workshop photos, generate AI captions, approve content, and publish safely to Facebook. Direct posting is enabled for admins; scheduled posting and multi-platform fan-out remain paused.

Golden Rules — Read Before Posting

All photos MUST be right-hand-drive angle
CRITICAL
No post goes live without admin approval and a separate Publish Now confirmation

X-RAY scan recommended on all vehicle photos
WARNING
Brand must be set correctly (Samco Interiors or Van Seat Ltd)
WARNING
Keep each brand to a maximum of 2 direct Facebook posts per day

Only Facebook is live; other platform buttons stay disabled until their connectors pass QA

Never post customer VRMs or personal info in captions

The 5-Phase Workflow

📍 Social Auto-Pilot → Drafting Table

1.Open Social Auto-Pilot from Dashboard or sidebar
2.You land on the "Drafting Table" tab — this is your workspace
3.Tap the upload zone (centre of screen) and select your workshop photo
4.Photo MUST be taken from RIGHT-HAND side of vehicle (RHD LAW)
5.Wait for "Image uploaded" confirmation toast

💡 Pro Tips

• Use natural lighting — no flash

• Full seat visible, no obstructions

• Portrait orientation works best for Instagram

Advanced: Creator Studio Tools

Single Photo Pipeline

Select a photo from Gallery, Google Drive, or upload locally. AI runs vision analysis, generates caption, audits for brand compliance, and auto-queues the post.

Before & After Pipeline

Select a BEFORE photo and an AFTER photo. AI generates a comparison caption highlighting the transformation. Both images are included in the post.

Post Archive

Browse all posts — filter by status (published/pending/rejected), brand, or audit verdict. Click any post to open the editor for edits or reposting.
