How it works

  1. Connect your Xero account (one-time authorization)
  2. System fetches bank transactions and Xero invoices daily
  3. Payments are matched against your Job List by customer name + amount
  4. Exact matches auto-mark invoices as Paid
  5. Mismatches appear in Finance → Reconciliation for manual review
