Staff Operations Runbook

Follow each step in order. Every button takes you directly to the tool.

CAPTURE

Upload seat photos. Use right-hand-drive angle ONLY. Ensure full seat is visible, no obstructions.

X-RAY

Wait for AI to return a 90%+ confidence match. VRM must display clearly.

If confidence is RED (<70%), override the AI result using the Neural Veto dropdown. Select correct vehicle from the list.

EXECUTE

Hit the Gold BROADCAST button. Post goes to all platforms simultaneously. Check the approval queue first.

What if it breaks?

Problem	Solution
No AI Result?	Re-upload the image or tap Refresh on the X-Ray Scanner.
LHD Detected / Blocked?	Left-hand-drive images are AUTO-REJECTED. Retake from the RIGHT side of the vehicle. No exceptions. This is RHD LAW.
Token Expired?	Go to Dashboard → Connection Hub. Click "Re-authorize" next to the expired service (Facebook/LinkedIn). You need admin access.
Broadcast Error?	Open Connection Hub on the Dashboard to re-authorize Facebook/Instagram tokens.
Low Confidence (<50%)?	Use the Seat Library to manually link a known specimen. AI will learn from your correction.
Duplicate Post?	Check the Archive tab in Social Studio. The system blocks identical captions within 24 hours.
Multi-Photo Not Showing?	Ensure all images are uploaded to Gallery first. The carousel requires 2+ valid image URLs.

Token Emergency?

Facebook or LinkedIn token expired? Go to Settings and re-enter.
